UTAR and MZEC Group Partner to Bridge Education and Industry in the Digital Economy

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – November 30, 2023 – The University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and MZEC Group of Companies have announced a new partnership to bridge education and industry in the digital economy. The collaboration was formalized during the 2023 MonsoonSIM Enterprise Resource Management Competition (MERMC) International Grand Final and International Youth Development Conference (IYDC) held at UTAR Kampar Campus on November 30, 2023.

The partnership will focus on several key areas, including:

Joint research projects: UTAR and MZEC will collaborate on research projects that will explore the latest trends in the digital economy and develop new solutions for businesses.
Industrial placements: UTAR students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital economy through internships and placements at MZEC companies.
Curriculum development: UTAR and MZEC will work together to develop new courses and programs that will equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the digital economy.
