With a career spanning over 20 years, Peter has gained valuable knowledge and experience from his previous roles at BuildCon Concrete, SCC Corporation, Halim Biotech, and Prudent Agriculture. Foo Sek Juat

Director, TWC Engineering Specialties Sdn Bhd

With over 33 years of expertise in site supervision, civil engineering, and construction management, Foo Sek Juat stands as a highly experienced civil engineer. He kickstarted his career in 1987 at Pilecon Engineering Berhad after graduating from the Institute of Technology Jaya with a degree in Civil Engineering. Foo's talents and capabilities led him to Ekovest Berhad, where he successfully managed noteworthy projects like the Shah Alam Stadium, Lot 10, and Bandar Sunway Palm Valley Condominiums.

Continuing his professional journey, Foo joined Invesco Venture Sdn Bhd, playing a vital role in the development of renowned projects such as the Starhill Shopping Mall, JW Marriott Hotel, and Sentul Raya. Over the years, he has overseen the construction of impressive structures including the Starhill Shopping Mall, JW Marriott Hotel, Dataran Maybank, Quill City Mall, FELDA Multipurpose Hall, KB Mall, and The Curve Shopping Mall. Currently serving as the Executive Director of TWC Engineering Specialties Sdn Bhd, a division of MZEC Group, Foo leads the waterproofing and structural repair division, ensuring seamless project management and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Ang Swee Ling's knowledge encompasses various aspects of the construction industry, with a particular focus on optimizing construction site workflows and effective manpower management. His involvement in development project planning is characterized by proactive engagement in product development, design, and comprehensive market and competitor research. Over the course of her 19-year career, she has ascended from a Civil Engineer at Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd to Key Project Manager at SIKA Malaysia Sdn Bhd, earning widespread recognition for her exceptional skills and leadership qualities.

As the driving force behind MZEC Group's Urbanscape division, Celeste fearlessly spearheads business operations and development initiatives, showcasing visionary leadership and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
